Caswell Maintenance Services was established in 1960, We are a privately owned limited company with our Head Office based in Wendover, Buckinghamshire and currently have in excess of 40 directly employed personnel of which approximately 25 are fully qualified construction operatives and we have an extensive sub-contractor base.
Working over a nationwide coverage we operate as a multi-functional, construction and building maintenance company.
Working within the Retail Industry with a particular focus on the Supermarket Sector. This has led us over many years to develop and tailor our service to meet the demands of our clients specializing in various niche areas, such as Terrazzo Flooring and in-store Drainage installations.
Our focus is to provide the highest quality service within the time allocated, we are constantly striving to achieve value for our customers though our knowledge and expertise.

Yard Manager – Primarily office based. Responsibilities include supervising yard operatives, purchasing, stock control, fleet management & all yard activities. No formal qualifications required but previous experience & forklift licence is desirable.
Construction Project Co-ordinator – Office based with regular site visits. Good communication, organisation and I.T. skills required. Previous building industry experience is essential.
Trainee Tiler – Onsite training provided, must be prepared for night/weekend work & occasional working away. Drivers licence is preferred.
